torpe song - mymp.

Pretty much my favourite MYMP song. Posted it here because it relates to me. (No i'm not the 'Torpe' LOL)

Torpe Song  by MYMP

Kung 'di ngayon kailan pa
Bukas o makalawa
Baka pa makawala pa
Naiparating mo na ba
Naihayag mo na ba
Nakapagtapat ka na ba, ano ba?

*'Di n'ya malalaman ('Di ko malalaman)
'Di mahuhulaan damdamin mo
Kung 'di sasabihin (Sabihin mo na)
Kaya nga't sabihin mo na

**Maypa-tula-tula pa
'Di naman nya nabasa
Baka pa matulala ka
'Pag may ibang pumorma
Mauunahan ka pa
Baka magmukha kang tanga, diba!

repeat*

English translation
(If you don't understand Tagalog ;D)

If not now, then when?
Tomorrow or the day after?
You just might lose your chance.
Have you conveyed your message?
Have you told her yet?
Did you confront her yet?

*She would never know (I would never know)
She can't guess what your true feelings are
If you won't tell her (Just tell me now)
So why don't you tell her now

**You keep on writing love poems
But she never even read them
You just might end up insane
If someone else courts her
He'll get ahead of you
You might end up looking like a fool, right?

repeat *

Go ahead, court her, go for it, you might lose your chance
You can do it
Go ahead, court her, go for it, be bold enough
You can do it, you can do it

repeat ** & *

Go ahead, court her, go for it, you might lose your chance
You can do it
Go ahead, court her, go for it, be bold enough
You can do it, you can do it
Go ahead, court her, go for it, you might lose your chance
You can do it
Go ahead, court her, go for it, she might say yes
Oh how I wish she'd say yes... I know you can do it.

coincidential?

The Bottom Line

New beginnings are important, but don't lose your appreciation for old connections.

In Detail

Embarking on new beginnings is always important, but make sure that you aren't losing appreciation for your old connections. Every step you have taken in the past has led you to where you are today -- and where you are today prepares you for getting you where you are meant to go. So make time for old friends in between hanging out with new friends. Send a thank you note to that teacher or mentor who helped you. Realize that your life is not just about the future.

That was my horoscope for today.  I don't really believe in those stuff, but today was my first day in Year 11. I promised myself to study more and do all my homework, although I was still online in msn. But I didn't reply to any of my messages cause I was busy studying.

Odd.

Really odd.

miserable at best - mayday parade.

I guess that I can live without you, but without you I'll be miserable at best.

Such a beautiful song. The music video was as beautiful as i expected. Mayday Parade has certainly outdone themselves.

Another year to be tucked away in my memory box.

'09 is finally here! So long '08, it's been nice of you to stay around.
It has been a hard and bumpy year, full of ups and A LOT of downs, but in the end, I guess it was all worth it. A lot of stuff had happened: mainly School Certificate. Got Band 6 for Visual Arts and Science, and Band 5 for everything else, except Maths in which i got a Band 4. Oh well, I'm still pretty proud of my marks.

This year, I also grew up quite a bit, especially from what had happened in 2007. Now, I truly believe what everyone says: You will always learn from your hardships in life. Even though it was a dark time for me, I now learnt that I need to be more confident and to stop depending on others. It also taught me how to cope during hard times, and to be more responsible and focus more on my studies, as my marks drooped down a bit since that dark time.

Well, other than that, there had been some good times, with family and friends. 2008 was also the year I discovered my hidden passion and talent: photography. In the beginning of the year, i needed to a hobby to have a form of escape from reality, and of course to make my free time more useful. So I picked up my family's camera and started to take random photos of anything. Little did I know that photography runs in my blood. My mum had a knack of photography when she was young, and wanted to become a Photojournalist. But since she married early, she did not have a chance to do so. Now, I've been able to live her dream. I hope that this year, I could improve my skills even more.

One thing I'm looking forward too in '09 is Year 11. I'm finally going to do the subjects that I really want! English Advance, Maths Extension 1, Visual Arts, Physics, Design and Technology and Photography. So long unwanted subjects, *cough*Geo*cough*

Overall, It had been such a year, but I'm glad '08 is over. I can't wait until what this year will hold for me ;D

Bring it on '09!
